Greenshires is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of cutting edge marketing and promotional collateral, point of sale materials and fulfilment solutions; providing expertise to enable retailers, brand owners and businesses to maximise sales.
To maintain their position in a competitive market they identified the need for a centralized online ordering system to improve their processes and assist clients. They wanted to give their clients a personal ordering experience that would reinforce Greenshires’ position as an extension of their client’s marketing team.
Our Solution
Mtivity’s Professional Services team analysed Greenshires’ working processes and configured the ‘Services Hub’ product to integrate with the existing systems. This centralised and streamlined their stock management process without the need for a total change in working practices.
Each client is set up with their own personalised and customised ordering system, but all of the Greenshires’ multiple clients can be managed from one central account.
The system manages every step of the purchase workflow, including stock level alerts, re-orders and approvals; guiding the process from the client’s retail outlet through to the warehouse for pick, pack and distribution.
