Egg Selects Mtivity to Improve Turnaround

Egg, the world's largest pure online bank, has selected Mtivity's marketing resource management software to improve turnaround and costs in its own internal design agency, which manages its online and offline marketing communications.

Egg's internal design agency serves several individual in-house departments who rely on it to produce creative work. The online bank's key objective was to find a solution that would allow it to manage the progress of tasks through the agency, track the time and money spent on each job and improve sign-off and brand management. Crucially the system needed to work for staff in multiple locations and on different platforms (Mac and PC), whilst at the same time providing managers and clients with a real-time view of work in production.

Prior to taking up Mtivity's solution, Egg used a combination of Excel and Outlook to manage its marketing activities but, as the team grew, they found this was becoming far too time-consuming and inefficient.
