Mtivity launches version 3.0 of marketing workflow solution

Mtivity, the rapidly growing innovator in the marketing management software sector, today announced the launch of version 3.0 of its marketing workflow solution.

Mtivity announced the availability of version 3.0 of its browser-based application from May 2003. Version 3.0 features many enhancements directly relevant to marketing, creative and production professionals. Since initial introduction of its marketing management application in February 2002, Mtivity has seen adoption of its product by a number of large companies and, in response, has continued to enhance its enterprise functionality.

Built to meet the needs of large and small marketing organisations, the latest version of Mtivity features stronger support for collaborative workflow, more powerful digital asset management, more sophisticated financial management tools and enhancements to 1-to-1 and local marketing solutions for sectors such as retail and hospitality.

Features available in the new release include:

Marketing Workflow: An improved activity management tool helps managers drive productivity across widely dispersed marketing teams, and track activities by job, client, supplier or team. Mtivity has created workflow tools specifically to meet the unique needs of marketing. Reporting enhancements include an increase in the number of report filters and increased flexibility in the creation of custom reports.

Financial Tools: Updates to the financial tool in the application include the addition of functionality to speed up budgeting on jobs and turning budgets into estimates for clients. Plus, improved e-procurement tools enable quotes to be requested from suppliers at the click of a mouse. No more faxing and email.

Digital Asset Workflow: Mtivity's asset workflow is a key piece of new functionality, allowing marketing teams to integrate assets such as graphics files, MS Office documents, PDFs, etc with Mtivity's powerful workflow. Key enhancement are designed to make assets easier to work with and find include enabling Mtivity users to view attachments and hyperlinks, upload attachments to job bags and designate "guest users" who can access assets for proofing, review, approvals and download.
