Mtivity on a Web Mission to the US

10 March 2009

Mtivity are delighted to have been selected from over 100 applicants to be one of just 20 companies heading over to San Francisco for the Web Mission 09 representing the best of British Web 2.0 companies in the UK and Ireland.

Web Mission, supported by the likes of Oracle, UK Technology and Investment and TechCrunch, is a unique programme which gives British companies the opportunity to visit San Francisco and meet up with Silicon Valley buzz makers, investors and potential clients. Applicants were assessed on their ability to do meaningful business in the US, extend their network and develop sustainable, cross-pond relationships. Their business viability and the strength of their management team was also a key factor.

The Mission will be taking place from 28th March to 3rd April. Patrick Kremer, Mtivity’s CEO, will be part of the delegation going to the States and is excited by the opportunity that Web Mission presents; “Web Mission is a great opportunity to meet key players in the technology sector, and also raise our profile in the US market. We’ve got a great product and our key challenge is to spread the word and get our message to the right people.”

Mtivity have ambitious plans for the future which is demonstrated by the fact that they recently set up a US office and are looking to quickly expand into this market.

Kremer is confident about the potential demand for the Mtivity offering in the US and beyond; “Mtivity’s applications can be utilised worldwide by any company that runs multi channel marketing campaigns or regularly buys print. The system is web based, flexible and extremely user friendly and has been developed to streamline print and marketing processes which also means our clients make significant cost savings”
